- Prepare vehicle body for priming.
- Prime vehicle.
- Prepare vehicle for painting.
- Paint and bake vehicle in our special ovens.
- Re – assemble all removed parts.
- Polish and clean vehicle for return to customer.

Work carried out:
- Jeep is brought delivered on a recovery truck
- Estimate is completed and repairs are authorised by insurance company
- All parts are ordered and repairs commence
- Jeep put on Caroliner jig and damaged parts are repositioned/realigned to original position
- Old damaged parts removed and new parts fitted and welded to jeep
- Jeep is primered and prepared for painting
- Jeep is painted and baked in the oven
- Reassembley of jeep is started
- Jeep is completely polished
- Wheels aligned with 4 wheel laser alignment
- Final checks and road test
- Vehicle fully valeted before returning to customer
